I collected discarded cigarette butts from streets, recycled them into paper, and used that paper to create works through cyanotype, a classical photographic process that prints images using sunlight.
By bringing together two seemingly opposite elements, cigarette butts fallen on the ground and the sun shining in the sky, I attempted to depict the activities of human life that unfold between them.
